1. Put FastDraft actions in your calendar
You should not have to keep returning to a separate system to check what is due.
FastDraft lets you synchronise outstanding actions with Outlook, Google Calendar and other compatible calendar applications. Your contract deadlines then appear alongside your meetings and other project commitments.
You can choose:
- The date range you want to synchronise
- Whether to include all parties’ actions or only your own party’s actions
- Whether actions appear as calendar events or to-do items, where supported
- When and how you want to be reminded

2. Connect related contract communications
Contract communications often lead to a further action.
An instruction may lead to a Compensation Event. An Early Warning may trigger another notice. As the matter develops, the next contractual step can easily become separated from the communication that triggered it.
Create a Related Action lets you create a new action directly from an existing communicated item. The new action remains linked to the original communication, helping you maintain a clear contractual trail as the matter progresses.

From the Relations tab, FastDraft brings directly and indirectly related notices, replies and associated quotations into one register. The communications are ordered chronologically by default, so you can follow the matter from its starting point through every subsequent action.
You can also search, sort, filter and export the register when you need to examine or share the history.
