This course focuses on the compensation event definitions in core clause 60.1.
At the end of the course, learners will be better able to:
1. decide whether an event which happens on their contract is or is not a compensation event;
2. avoid some of the pitfalls which prevent the efficient operation of these clauses.
In order to gain the most from this course, we strongly recommend that learners have an NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract open at clause 60.1.
