UK Government Unveils Draft Procurement Regulations for Public Sector Bids

This course provides an overview of the upcoming changes to procurement legislation and practices in response to the Procurement Act 2023. It describes the draft Procurement Regulations 2024, which detail the content requirements for various procurement notices as mandated by the Procurement Act of the previous year.
