RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) Fundamentals
The RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) ensure that those applying for RICS membership are competent to practise and meet the high standards of professionalism required by RICS. There are a wide range of pathways available to qualify as an RICS member covering many different areas of practice. The APC comprises of a written submission and final assessment interview, with various other requirements, e.g. structured training or preliminary review, depending on a candidates’ route to qualification.
