This course aims to improve non-planner knowledge of the need for planning in construction and engineering projects and to familiarise the non-planner with the Techniques, Tools, and Terminology used in planning.
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
Understand the need for planning and how to develop your own plan
Recognise the techniques, tools and terminology used
Understand the role of a project plan in the overall success of a project
Explain and understand the influencing factors in non-completion
