The aim of this course is to achieve a common understanding of what counts as Defined Cost and its relationship to Disallowed Cost and the Fee. Also, we will cover the structure of the Schedule of Cost Components (SoCC) and Shorter Schedule of Cost Components (SSoCC).
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
Understand how the SoCCs are used and understand Disallowed Cost in the context of Defined Cost
Explain what the Fee is and what it includes
Understand how Defined Cost is used in the main Options
