Use this free downloadable template to help you notify early warnings under the NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC).
Early warning is a core process in NEC contracts requiring the project team to notify, manage and mitigate which could impact upon time, cost or quality.
Following notification, the Project Manager and Contractor (and any relevant others) are required to meet to discuss the notified early warnings at regular early warning meetings.
You can use this NEC4 ECC template for Contractor’s or Project Manager’s notifications of early warning under clause 15.1.
