NEC3 TSC Service Manager Submission Template

Use this free downloadable template to help you create a Service Manager Submission under the NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC).

The TSC requires the Service Manager to make a handful of submissions to the Contractor on various matters that arise during the course of a construction project. The TSC goes a step further than most traditional contracts by requiring the Contractor to not only respond to a submission, but to respond with reasons.

You can use this NEC3 TSC template for a Service Manager’s submission of the following: -

• Submit under clause 70.2 information and other things
• Submit under clause 87.1 for acceptance insurance certificates for insurances taken out by the Employer (period for reply is period for reply)
