NEC3 ECC Payment D: Main Options E and F and Definitions in Detail

This course continues on from the previous one, looking in some detail at the definitions of Price for Work Done to Date under NEC3 ECC options E and F. It then explores in greater depth the definitions of Defined Cost, Disallowed Cost and Fee before finishing with an overview of the two Schedules of Cost Components. In combination with the previous course, learners will therefore be able to administrate the payment provisions of all main options better.

On completion of this course you will:

1. Explain the definitions of Price for Work Done to Date under options E and F.
2. Understand the definitions of Defined Cost, Disallowed Cost and Fee.
3. Be able to provide an overview of the two Schedules of Cost Components.
