In this course, we will look at the procedures and timescales for the Contractor to submit quotations through to when a compensation event is implemented.
At the end of the course, learners will be better able to:
1. The Project Manager's response to a quotation, and why, when and how the Project Manager makes their own assessment of the compensation event.
These relevant clauses are those in 62, 63 and 65.
