Disputes in the construction industry are very common. This is unlikely to ever change as construction projects are inherently complex, involve lots of different stakeholders and are based on documents that are often open to interpretation. What we can change, however, is how we deal with our disputes. In this session, the current state of the UK dispute resolution industry will be honestly examined against the backdrop of what we, as an industry, could do better.
