The aim of this course is to provide an overview of the types of documents that make up the contract and an overview of payment provisions under contract and under the HGCRA.

Understand how the documents work together and the consequences of inadequacies, disparities, discrepancies or errors
Explain the payment provisions under the contract and how these are impacted by the HGCRA
