This course provides guidance on the recent modifications to the Law 9/2017 on Public Sector Contracts. With the amendment introduced by Law 11/2023, the article 103 of the LCSP has expanded the scope of price revision to include all types of contracts, including supply and service contracts, regardless of their investment recovery period.
