Jon is a partner in Fenwick Elliott, solicitors specialising in construction and engineering law. He qualified as a solicitor in 1989 with LLB (Hons) and Masters Degree in Law. Jon is a committee member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London Branch), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, associate of the Chartered Management Institute, an AICA, zuBA, CIARB, CIC and TeCSA accredited Adjudicator, and a TeCSA and Academy of Experts Accredited Mediator. Jon represents clients in construction disputes and negotiated construction contracts, bond, guarantees etc, negotiated contracts for the West Coast Main Line and Channel Tunnel Rail Link (based on the NEC 3).
