Tell us a little bit about yourself and your work background.
Graduated with a Law degree in 2018, then spent some time travelling and managing hotel bars. Moved to Bristol and worked in recruitment for a year and a half before transitioning to a BD role in the UX industry, focusing on lead generation, B2B sales, and project management. After three years in that role, I joined BI in September 2024… and the rest is history!
How long have you been with Built Intelligence?
Started with BI in September 2024 – and the time has flown
So, can you tell us what your role entails at BI and what a ‘day in the life of’ looks like?
My role at BI is all about connecting with potential clients and driving new opportunities. A typical day involves plenty of cold calling, outreach, and follow-ups to keep leads moving. I also collaborate closely with the team to strategise, share insights, and ultimately drive the best results. No two days are the same, and that’s what keeps it exciting!
What’s the best thing about your role?
The best part of my role is the buzz of a great conversation with a potential client—when you make a real connection, spark interest, and see an opportunity come to life!
What has been your finest moment at BI – what achievement have you been most proud of?
One of my proudest achievements at BI is maintaining a strong track record with client meetings—so far, only one no-show! It’s a great feeling knowing that my outreach and relationship-building efforts are paying off
Tell us a little something about the person behind the role!
Outside of work, I’m always on the move—whether it’s travelling to new places, ice skating, or enjoying long countryside walks. I’m also a huge foodie, always on the lookout for the next great meal. Fun fact: I speak three languages, which definitely comes in handy on my travels!
Final thoughts or tips?
Balance is key—work hard, but make time to explore, stay active, and enjoy the little things along the way!
