Use this free downloadable template to help you notify early warnings under the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Subcontract (ECS).
Early warning is a core process in NEC contracts requiring the project team to notify, manage and mitigate risks which could impact upon time, cost or quality.
Following notification, the Contractor and Subcontractor (and any relevant others) are required to meet to discuss the notified early warnings at regular risk reduction meetings.
You can use this NEC3 ECS template for Subcontractor’s or Contractor’s notifications of early warning under clause 16.1.
