Bribery Act 2010 online training course explaining extent of Act and procedures to follow
You or your organisation may be liable for failing to prevent a person from bribing on your behalf. To avoid a conviction an organisation will need to demonstrate that it has adequate procedures in place to prevent bribery. Penalties have increased under the Bribery Act, the maximum term of imprisonment is now ten years and there is no limit on the size of fines that may be imposed.
