Chris Corr

Founder

Chris Corr is the Founder of Built Intelligence, an organisation that provides online training and support tools for construction professionals to help them perform better.

With significant previous experience as a consultant and surveyor for a range of huge organisations, Chris is leading Built Intelligence in its aims to be the market leader of digital training and support tool for construction professionals.

Laura Parsonage

Managing Director and CFO

In her dual role as MD and CFO, Laura is responsible for both leading the BI team to reach its strategic objectives and overseeing the company’s operations and financial strategy.

With 15 years’ experience working at the highest level in a variety of start-ups and scale ups, Laura is passionate about achieving BI’s growth aspirations through a first-class product and an amazing team.

When not chasing after her two young children, Laura’s passion is running, competing for her athletics club at a regional level.

Stephen Spark

Chairman

Steve joined Built Intelligence in November 2022 and hit the ground running ensuring the business had a safe pair of hands to help support and develop the growth and ongoing scale and that BI continues goes from strength to strength.

With over 20 years’ experience, Steve is a growth focussed board advisor working with the BI executive and teams to help guide and build the business to be stronger and better!

Siôn Bellis

CMO

As CMO, Siôn is responsible for creating and accelerating the company’s marketing growth strategy and brand recognition. Siôn has over 15 years’ experience developing and leading teams to define and deliver differentiated brand experiences that grow market share and build customer loyalty.

Equal parts strategist and tactician, Siôn has a hands-on passion for demand generation, product innovation and creating compelling brand experiences. Outside of work you will either find him in the garden, kitchen, the squash court or most likely running around after his young twin daughters.

Mark Egan

Chief Revenue Officer

Mark joined Built Intelligence in 2025 as Chief Revenue Officer, with over 30 years’ experience in sales and a proven track record leading teams across both construction products and construction technology. Over the last decade, he has specialised in bringing complex ERP systems and reality capture software to market, helping clients adopt digital solutions that transform project delivery.

With a strong grasp of on-site operations and back-office processes, Mark understands the real-world challenges faced by contractors, consultants, and asset owners. He brings this insight to Built Intelligence, where he is focused on helping clients unlock efficiencies, reduce risk, and achieve better outcomes through technology and training.

Chris Peters

Chief Operating Officer

Chris joined the BI Team in
June 2024 as Chief Operating Officer to help support our rapidly expanding customer base and deliver on our growth strategy. Bringing hands-on experience from the construction industry, Chris has a background in Quantity Surveying followed by 20 years working in Construction Project Management technology.

When not working Chris is into his sport, albeit these days, rather than participating, watching from the touch lines!

Adrian von Plato

CTO

Adrian heads up the Development Team here at Built Intelligence. As a Solutions Architect and Development Evangelist, he is highly analytical and a proactive PRINCE2 qualified professional, with a genuine passion for all things technical.

Adrian and his team provide technical support and successfully develop applications in addition to establishing and developing IT projects and infrastructures.

Adrian is based in Austria with his family and is a keen sportsman.Management technology.

Tom Levitt

Operations Director

Tom joined Built Intelligence in January 2020 and oversees the Customer Success team helping customers with their initial platform setup, training and getting the most of our technology.

Before joining BI, Tom had a 20 year career in the Estate Agency industry where he was a director for one of the largest SaaS CRM companies.

In his spare time he enjoys gardening, looking after his nephew and getting away to Cornwall for weekend breaks.

Steve Webley

Head of Product

Joining Built Intelligence in January 2022, Steve brings with him over 20 years’ experience in IT implementation and development having dealt directly with third-party software suppliers and in-house development teams.

Steve’s background in operations also gives him a genuine understanding of the direct impact of change delivery from a customer/end-user perspective and he leads the implementation team in dealing with a full spectrum of stakeholders.

Megan Morgan

Head of Key Accounts

Meg joined Built Intelligence as Key Account Manager in January 2022. Having previously worked with contract management SaaS since 2016, she brings established software and technology experience and a strong client services reputation within the construction industry.

Meg has a horse called Diamond and is keen to pick up his eventing career, post-COVID. She moved to Malvern with her husband and two cats and they are busy (if not a little overwhelmed) with updating the property, huge garden and 30 foot Victorian greenhouse!

Zaied Sabti

Head of New Business

Zaied joined the team at Built Intelligence in 2022, with a proven track record of success working with multi-million pound construction, civil engineering, and information technology clients. He brings with him experience in the provision and sales of computer software, training, consultancy and E-learning within the construction, civil engineering and IT sectors.

Liz Exley

Customer Support Technician

Liz Exley joined September 2020 to work in the Customer Support Team dealing with the support enquiries and giving technical support to our customers to help keep them on track!

Liz has previously worked in IT in a variety of industries, but is new to construction. Liz spends her spare time cycling, travelling, and spending time with her family.

Richard Hodson

Content Manager

Richard has been with Built Intelligence since 2018 originally joining as Production Technician and now promoted to Content Manager. With an ever increasing library of courses, he oversees all course content and programmes, working his magic in turning transcriptions into programmes.

As well as working with production, Rich also works with the Marketing Team to help support with design and delivery of marketing comms and copy.

Gwen Murphy

Finance Manager

A qualified CIMA accountant, Gwen has worked in finance roles across several different industries, most notably Dyson where she managed the finance & operations team of the international business development department. Prior to BI, she was self-employed for a few years supporting various companies with finance including a tech start up.

Gwen is based in North Wales so speaks Welsh as her first language. In her spare time, she is heavily involved in her children’s local school as the vice chair of governors and loves to read, spend time with her family and watch films to relax.

Lily Page

Support Technician

Lily joined the BI Team in April 2023 to work as a Support Technician, working alongside the Customer Support Team to help customers with queries and tech support. Lily is new to the construction industry, although she has over 8 years of customer service experience having come from a background in retail.

When not working, Lily can be found spending time with her friends, reading, or singing with her covers band.

Sarah Ramsay

Campaign Manager

Sarah joined Built Intelligence as a Campaign Manager in March 2024. Having earned her MBA at the University of Worcester in 2021, she also brings a diverse range of marketing experience garnered from her prior roles in manufacturing, health and safety, and heritage sectors.

Despite her newcomer status in the construction industry, Sarah is eager to leverage her creativity and insights to deliver value and craft memorable brand experiences.

Outside of work Sarah enjoys spending time out in nature and historic sites, photography, sewing, delving into history and indulging in video games.

Carolyn JJ Robins

Community and Engagement Manager

Carolyn Robins joined Built Intelligence in March 2020 the week of the lockdown – a challenging time to move roles! With a background in construction and property, Carolyn is the Community & Engagement Manager, dealing with our contributors and authors as well as overseeing the marketing and communications for the company.

Carolyn moved to BI from RICS, where she previously worked as UK Awards Manager alongside another BI team member, Deborah Knibbs, supporting & working with the members and judges and arranging national ceremonies.

Spare time is spent volunteering at a local charity working with young adults with learning difficulties, or spending time with her family, travelling, or her other passion – wine tasting!!

Richard Arnott

Business Development Manager

Rich joined Built Intelligence as Key Account Manager in August 2024. Over the last six years has worked helping the construction industry providing SaaS helping organizations save time and reduce risk with experience dealing with consultants, contractors and clients.

Rich is based in the Northeast and enjoys a variety of sports, being a cricketer from a young age one of his proudest moments was helping his school defeat one of the oldest clubs in the world (MCC) after more than a decade of annual matches.

Chris Iceton

Key Account Manager

Chris joined Built Intelligence in March 2025, bringing over six years of experience in managing and developing strong relationships with high-profile clients in the construction industry. Has a proven track record of ensuring top-tier service and strategic growth for all clients.

Chris moved to BI from NBS where he’d previously worked as Head of Key Account Management whilst also overseeing a number of high-profile accounts based within the AECO sector.

Outside of work, Chris is based in the North-East and enjoys live music and sport. Having previously performed in a band, he now focuses on solo musical projects with the odd live performance here and there when the mood strikes!

Shaheen Sadough

Key Account Manager

Shaheen joined Built Intelligence in October 2025 as a Key Account Manager. He brings years of experience working with digital tools in the construction and infrastructure sectors, helping project teams reduce delays, improve visibility and keep costs under control. His background gives him a clear understanding of the pressures faced on live projects and the type of support teams need from their technology.

At Built Intelligence, Shaheen works closely with clients as they get to grips with new ways of managing their contracts and project communication. His focus is on keeping things clear and practical so teams can spend less time on admin and more time delivering their work.

Outside of work, Shaheen stays active through the gym, boxing and football, and enjoys reading. He’s never far from his sighthound, Aura, and spends most of his free time with family, keeping life simple and grounded.

Jason Yip

Senior Business Development Manager

I have over 10 years of experience working for construction software companies from ERP, Document management, scheduling and quality management. I am part of the new business sales team at BI as a senior BDM. I enjoy working out at the gym, aspiring tennis player and have a little French bulldog called Loki who keeps me busy.

Josh Haynes

System Implementation Manager

Josh is an experienced project manager within the contech sector, with a proven background in delivering SaaS implementations across the built environment. Having held positions in both delivery and commercial functions he brings an holistic view to the team. In his spare time, Josh likes to hike up steep hills, being from Yorkshire they can be found in abundance. Whilst he’s not out in the wilderness he can be found watching and playing sports from football to darts.

Evan Kelly

System Implementation Manager

Evan is an experienced Digital Transformation Consultant, joining the BI team in July 2025. Over the past 6 years, Evan has played a key role in the delivery of large capital projects in the US and Europe, helping project teams digitise their processes and operate more efficiently.

In his spare time, it’s all sport, whether its coaching, training or watching, you can bet that Evan is doing something sport related. Swimming, Triathlon and Rugby the main interests.

Mike Ward

Lead Software Developer and Architect

Mike is an independent development consultant who started working with the team in 2019 and works closely with us as Lead Software Developer & Architect.

With over 20 years experience in managing full life cycle development, Mike works with us on programming, training, infrastructure, dev-ops, project management and utilisation.

Emmanuel Babatunde

Software Developer

Emmanuel joined the Built Intelligence in December 2020, having graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Software Development earlier that year. He works in the ‘backend’ developing and testing API endpoints for FastDraft.

Outside of work hours he enjoys coding for leisure and is constantly acquiring proficiencies in various technologies. This was his primary hobby prior to his employment at BI, so work is no chore at all.

Batuhan Balaban

Senior Full Stack Developer

Batuhan is a Senior Full Stack Developer, he joined Built Intelligence in 2019 to lead the UI technology transformation project. He is passionate about building great products while enabling others to perform their roles effectively.

He has lead, designed and developed products of small to enterprise scale. His spare time is spent enjoying motorcycle touring.

Sam Edwards

Marketing Executive

New Year, New start! Sam Edwards joins the Built Intelligence team as a Marketing Executive in January 2025. Sam brings a background in SaaS marketing and experience in working with key clients in the public sector in his previous role at a company in the EV charging sector.

Outside of work, Sam’s a self-confessed football nerd, supporting Swansea City and spending plenty of time on 5-a-side courts. He’s also an avid reader who’s constantly updating his Goodreads account.

Amelia Parsons

Implementation Consultant

Amelia is an experienced implementation consultant with a background in the SaaS industry, particularly in the construction sector. She has previously held similar positions at notable companies, where she honed her skills in ensuring seamless software integration.

In her spare time, Amelia is often found tackling far too ambitious renovation projects, building computers and travelling the UK in search of the best pints and cutest dogs.

Emir Undegar

Senior React/Full Stack Developer

As Senior Software Developer, Emir works with the Development Team on our Contract Management System, developing and implementing new scope and features.

Following on from University in Istanbul, Emir has more than 10 years experience in software development working around the world.

Alex Wightman

Training Administrator

Alex joined Built Intelligence as our Training Administrator in July 2024. Moving to the UK in 2016 while finishing university in Hungary, Alex is a highly skilled individual with years of experience in customer services, practice administration and project management.

In her spare time, she enjoys going on walks in the nearby nature reserve, exploring the wonders of the English countryside, trying out new cuisines or playing video games with her husband.

Ryan Jennings

Sales Development Specialist

Ryan joined Built Intelligence from a SaaS provider specialising in estimating software, bringing experience supporting construction teams with digital tools that improve accuracy and efficiency.

Based on his lifelong passion for football, he’s a dedicated Manchester United supporter and spends much of his spare time as a semi-professional referee – keeping his decision-making sharp both on and off the pitch.

James Hall

Sales Development Representative

I’m part of the sales development team at Built Intelligence, helping construction professionals discover training and tools that make managing contracts and projects simpler. Before joining BI, I worked in tech sales, supporting teams across the UK. Outside of work, I love running, cycling, and spending time outdoors with my dog, Olive.

Dan Seel Kent

Sales Development Representative

Dan joined the BI team in summer 2024. With a background in therapeutic work with children and a career pivot to sales, Dan combines empathy and strategic thinking to excel in his role.

His unique combination of skills allows him to bring a fresh perspective and a wealth of transferable skills to our team. In his spare time, Dan is an avid gym goer and loves exploring new destinations.

Meaghan Corner

Junior Software Test Engineer

A dedicated Software Tester Apprentice with a keen eye for detail, consistently striving to uncover and report different types of bugs and defects. She has a careful approach of testing and commitment to excellence.

She analyses software applications to ensure the delivery of high quality and functional products. Her devotion towards testing allows her to effectively identify and report issues, contributing to improve software production and beyond the workplace as she actively seeks opportunities to enhance her testing skills and stay updated withing the latest industry trends.

Outside of her role, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She enjoys planning outing and creating memorable experiences with them. She’s also a vivid reader, her favourite genres are science fiction and fantasy.
